We say: he cheaper E is more practical and aslmost similar-priced S-Class offer more room and luxury - only buy the CLS if you place a huge premium on style and exclusivity.
You'll like: Stand out styling which leaves handsome E-Class behind. The overall package is sporty and has a youthful character.
You won't: The rear seat is cramped and the glass area is too small behind - claustrobhia is assured if you're chauffer-driven. Way more expensive than a comparable E-Class.
